| Details: We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a well established and growing company in the Athens area.  ProMarketing Coordinators serve as the liaison between the client/sales and operations. Responsibilities:                       1.     Responsible for the profitability of the Marketing campaigns sold.2.     Create project programs and their components such as Marketing Communication Guides and Program Analysis Reports, which meet the objectives of the client.3.     Monitor compliance with client objectives from the inception to conclusion of project.4.     Approve reports and call records prior to being sent to the client.5.     Act as the primary liaison between the client and sales/operations.6.     Coordinate and conduct, when necessary, client company product-training programs, call calibrations, or internal meetings.7.     Communicate effectively with Sales on client and project issues.8.     Handle list logistics prior to program start-up.9.     Coordinate and deliver effective program training to operations.10. Manage the Group Supervisor and agents for the assigned groupings: Foundation, Impact or Strategic.11. Interface with all departments to insure proper fulfillment of campaigns, from the initial phase of programming script, loading lists, building client specific databases to scheduling manpower needs and insuring satisfactory agent performance.Handle any other assignments upon request or as circumstances require. | ||||
